Orders

How do I place an order? Browse our shop at blackcatclo.com/shop, select your item and size, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I cancel or modify my order? We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.

Where is my order confirmation? Check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received a confirmation email. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll resend it.


Shipping

Where do you ship to? We currently ship within the UK and select international destinations. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

  • UK Standard: 3–5 business days
  • UK Express: 1–2 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your parcel through our courier’s website.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy? We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached.

How do I start a return? Email us at support@blackcatclo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Are returns free? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Products

What sizes do you offer? Our sizing information is available on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

How do I care for my garments? Care instructions are printed on the label of each item. We recommend washing inside out on a cold cycle to preserve print quality and colour.

My payment isn’t going through. Ensure your billing details match those registered with your bank. If the issue continues, contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
