Return & Refund Policy

As a UK-based customer, your purchases are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK online shopping regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s) without giving a reason

Notice Period: You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of deliver
Return Period: Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume odors, or alterations will not be eligible for a full refund and may be returned to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In line with UK law, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Custom-made or personalized garments.
Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, socks, or swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed).

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at support@blackcatclo.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Package the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Unless the item is faulty or delivered incorrectly, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Klarna, PayPal, etc.).
Standard Delivery Charges: If you cancel your entire order within the 14-day statutory period, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery (express shipping upgrades above standard cost are non-refundable).
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return postage.

**6. Faulty or Damaged Items (*Consumer Rights Act 2015***)

We inspect all garments prior to dispatch, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

Within 30 Days: You are entitled to an immediate full refund, including return postage costs.
After 30 Days: If a fault develops, please contact us so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund as required by law.

If you receive a faulty item, please email support@blackcatclo.com. immediately with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
